In case of choosing to deposit in a bank account you should the amount to be deposited within 2 working days from the date of the order otherwise the order is automatically canceled. Fill in your name or order number in the reason for the deposit. Any bank transfer costs are borne by you. You can send us the proof of deposit at info@ludusandyou.gr.
Shipping methods
Ludus & you cooperates with the transport ACS courier for product shipments within Greece.
The cost of transport is € 3. Free shipping is provided for orders over 49 €.
For shipments in Cyprus and abroad, contact us so that we can register your order and inform you about the shipping cost.
Cash on delivery cost regardless of amount: 2 €.
Returns - Changes
Changes are accepted within 14 days with products of equal or greater value. Prerequisite for the product to be in its original condition with closed packaging and to have receipt of purchase. You can contact us by email or phone for any return assistance.
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.
